Blues v Leicester City - Match Thread & Early Chat -
No games for any club in the Championship this weekend due to Internationals so we stay fourth from bottom until next Saturday at least.
Leicester are second in the table and this will be our toughest home game so far this season.
Tickets in the Tilton are now just £24.00 I wont be going.
Can Lee Clark turn it round with us gaining the three points ?
Anyhow my prediction is a 0.3. home defeat.
What is your prediction ?
Who would you start ?

Nice weren't they?
Tasty with a beer.
Yea Lowds and myself were in the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] when Lowds spotted them home made scratchings behind the bar and cheekily asked the barmaid if he could sample one which she obliged. They were £3.00 for six scrathings so I bought £6.00 worth which we all shared in the Anchor.
The London Pride in there was fekking lovely, Lowds downed his first pint of it in about 3 minutes We were only going to have one in there as we had already been drinking in The Wellington but we thought fekk it and squeezed an extra pint of Pride in
Yea best part of the day was the booze and the chit chat as usual, oh and the pork scratchings
Anyhow aint going Leicester or Ipswich game but may be tempted on the Bristol City night game.

Raters. It looks like you'll have to drink with me. I promise to be a good boy. Lowds might be there too.
Pity about the scratchings though.

I won't be here for the next few games .. a little holiday and then a trip to see my beloved Washington Redskins.
Even if I was here I cannot see myself going to any of the games whilst old Clarky is in charge. How fekkin boring, tedious, frustrating and suicidal.
So then chaps, without me or Kev you won't get a scratching.
We'll all to have to have a Xmas bash before one of our December home games. In the Wellington and the Old Joint Stock - both are good boozers. Great pubs, great beer, great clientele and a great scratching.
FOC and KRO
..Oh I forgot
Blues 0 Leicester 3
crowd 16,400 (2,400 away fans)

I think we're all hoping for a win sheena - it's just that at present it seems highly unlikely. Leicester are good and have started to put it together. It's so demoralising, I think all we can do is hope.

A hammering could turn out to be a blessing in disguise.
A 5.0. defeat could push Clark even closer to the door.
Last two home games 0 scored 6 conceded.
Enough is enough - I wont be there -

I agree with lowds its totally depressing and yes kev i think we'll get stuffed but i'll be there for every game, it only lasts 90 mins and on average im out the house for 7hrs on a matchday drinking having a laugh and chat with pals and generally having a good time. If i dont go then its shopping with the mrs...no contest. Oh i think we'll lose 1-3 but dont get ya hopes up about clark getting the tin tack kev he'll be here till our new owners do the deed around january irrespective of results mate.

Grade B Game = £27.00 in the Tilton
Good job there will be over 4200 Leicester fans because this would have been our lowest crowd of the season otherwise.

I won't be going - I'll be out of the country again.
I wished we had stub hub or something similar. Last week I got a $120 ticket for $75 to watch the redskins. I use stub hub all the time in the States. It would mean the likes of Bryan could put up his seats for a game he knows he will not be able to attend and flog them.....to Kev for £8 :lol

Can't do it with ST, how could you rely on someone to return your card back to you?

It comes down to being mates and being able to trust them.
I wouldnt have a problem with anyone on here that I have met in one of our meet ups.
And besides it dont matter to me personally if the tickets were £8 or if it was free entry I still wouldnt go this Saturday.

It doesn't work like that. It depends on different circumstances but every time I have used Stub Hub they send me an email and I print it off....I imagine the guys actual ticket is electronically barred.
