Jack Butland as been chosen for Team GB so at least i might be showing some interest to the Football at the olympics

Was in the pub the other day :drunken: And I overheard two blokes talking about Jack, one of them supported Cheltenham. He was adamant that he will be a world class keeper the saves he was pulling off. Obviously it was L2 but he put to bed my worries of Jack bottling it when it comes to a bigger stage.

All this will do is put him further into the shop window, something we don;t want just yet.

Added problem as arisen from this in the shape of NO goalkeeper to start the season if GB go all the way the last game of the tournament is the same day as our last friendly meaning Butland would not of had a break all summer and with Doyle still not signed and Foster gone fingers crossed we go out early.

Well spotted Hootie. We could be up the creek, and no paddle.

Good luck to him, will only give him more experience and make him a better player for us next season.
If he has a blinder of a tournament, then we might see some silly bids come in for him, which would mean we don't have to sell the likes of Burke, Davies etc, and if he has a shocker then interest will drop.

Either way it's good for us and Jack
