Nice goal from Ambrose, and a nice run from Lovenkrands for the 4th.
I know it's only Barnet, but I'm quite hopeful for the coming season if we can keep this lot together.
Zigic excepted, he has my permission to leave.

Re: Blues v Barnet - Match Thread -
Over all I thought we were OK
Defense looked shaky most of the game
Some real poor decision making
Lucas was a liability
All the new guys impressed at some point. (apart from lucas)
Packwood stood out for me
You could see what Clark was trying to do, a B+ for effort but need to iron out the misplaced passes and decision making. But otherwise I was reasonably pleased.
Short and sweet guys as I'm just off to Sheffield
BTW Good to see you guys last night.

Thought we were poor for the first 30 minutes or so. Barnet could have had a couple of goals and had a decent effort ruled out for offside. Our defence kept getting opened up far too easily, Need to have a closer look at our penalty although I am not complaining.
Second half we were good tho, scored some decent goals and man of the match for me was Marlon King.
All in all a good night.

Got to bear in mind Lucas is our 3rd choice. I saw Doyle down argyle last week and he looked above average. When the serious business starts we should be alright.

So Stuart Pearce was these last night hoping to have a look at Redmond and LC leaves him on the bench lol.
I must admit I was disappointed that Redmond never started, Burke on the right and Redmond on the left is how I like us to line up.

he was at fault for the goal that was disallowed (would have stood if a player hadn't have unnecessarily deflected it in)
he spilled the ball a few times, kept coming out for balls he couldn't get
however, the aseond half he was brilliant, but then again he had nowt to do lol
