Alex Mcleish is back at St Andrews with his Forest side this Saturday. Can we take the three points ? Will be a very hard game thats for sure, our home form has been as poor as I have ever known. Should be a good following from Forest their three thousand travelling fans will boost the 'Guess the Gate' to around 17k I would have thought.

Questions.

1. Will Eck get a round of applause ?

2. Will Lee Clark start with at least one striker ?

3. Will Mullins be on the bench again ?

4. Will the likes of Burke, Davies & Butland still be here ?

Missing this one as on holiday, but Eck will get booed with a slight ripple of applause I would imagine.

I think the whole team will still be here bar Butland (maybe loaned back to us though?)

They are as bad as us so going to be close, we will concede at some point though so I'm going 2-1 win. Zigic last minute winner again.

will i be going doubt it but if i was would i boo i doubt that also, to be honest as much as i didn't like his style of football and he had his faults you cant get away from the fact that the guy lead and masterminded our greatest ever moment and a day i will never forget along with the days that followed because of that Wembley win.
On the match side i thing we can take the 3pts, since Eck as taken them over things have gone wrong for Forest and with our form whilst not the best is still good enough for us to go into the match with our heads held high.

Not long been back.

First Half.

Weren't a lot in it tbh although Forest got stronger as it went on when deep into stoppage time Chris Burke got the ball on the wing, cut inside and from just outside the box hit a a screamer with his left foot that went in via the under side of the cross bar. A brilliant goal.

Second Half.

We started well and had Forest on the back foot, Thomas went through with just the keeper to beat, so did Redmond, both should have done better. Redmond made amends tho he did brilliant on the left of the forest box before cutting the ball back to Burke who scored from about eight yards..

Thought we played well. Some good movement and interplay. Still some errors and lack of closing down at times though.

My MOM was Gomis, but Burke and Butland also get a mention. Both we're excellent. Redmond seems to be growing each and every game as well.
Was impressed with Wes, seemed nervous but I'm confident he'll grow as a player.

Anybody else think it wasn't a penalty? Burke getting pushed off the ball was defo a penalty though..

8 out of 10 for both players and Clark imo and an 8.5 for the fans

Certainly not a Penalty very soft one but it wouldn't be Blues without a goal against

But a step in the right direction probably helped that the players were playing without the worry of will they or wont they be here Come 31st Jan. Hopefully this could be the turning point in our season the Watford home game will be the big tester
