Here's an idea. Why don't we have a couple in the Wellington, a couple in the Old Joint Stock and then go across the road to Snow Hill and get the train or tram to the Hawthorns. Easy peasy.

(if you don't fancy the Hawthorns bit we could have some more beer in town at a pub that shows live football)

Probably won't go then. If there would have been a Wellington and Anchor then that would have tipped the scales. The fekkin football match ain't worth taking a full day out for me.

I dont know why but the ales are always better in The Wellington than The Anchor.

This is my prefferd beer in The Old Stock now. I noticed it on draught when I was in there recently, I usually buy it in the bottlle.
