ANNOUNCEMENT
This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules.
The Board refers to an article in the South China Morning Post on 16 September 2012 and confirm
that the Company had been approached by a potential purchaser for Birmingham City Football
Club.
This announcement is made by Birmingham International Holdings Limited (the “Company”)
together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the
Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”).
The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to inform the shareholders of the
Company and potential investors that it had been approached by a potential purchaser for the
Birmingham City Football Club. However, as the offer was not attractive, the offer was rejected
without serious consideration. Should the Company receive any future offers on terms which
are deemed to be favorable and attractive, the Company may consider the overall offer and seek
shareholders’ approval on a potential sale. A further announcement will be made as and when
appropriate.

It is rumoured that Wiseman is behind one of the bids but I'm unsure as to which one.

And not a scooby who the other one is...
