Opening day of the Olympics, couldn't make it up could you

this had to be an accident on a grand scale
But to refuse to play is a bit OTT but then we are talking NORTH Korea
If it was an England match and they showed another nations flag (scotland) for instance - it probably would have shown again at half time with an apology
Good idea for a topic i think there's gonna be plenty of bloopers, you tube vids and hopefully a few Gold medals to talk about

The way things are between North and South Korea to be honest I'm surprised this wasn't enough to start world war 3. Very basic 'Mistake' that could of caused wider problems I do hope somebodies head as rolled for this

Yes, I saw this clanger and thought, Oh hell, bang goes the armistice which has been in place since October 1953. Technically the two countries are still at war.
Having seen the two in the flesh, I can tell you they are very touchy people. They take offence very easily.
We, as has been said would have seen an apology at half time, or asap and got on with it.
