If BCFC goes bankrupt. I understand that anyone who has bought their Season ticket, does not have to worry about their money. IF and only IF, they have paid by credit card, or on the installment scheme, then they can reclaim their money.

IF they have paid by cash,cheque, or bankers card. They are not likely to get it back.

Having said that. I think it's true to say that no club that has gone bust, so far has reneged on it's supporters season ticket purchases.

Last year I paid cash for x2 season tickets - in fact come to think of it I have always laid out the notes when I have purchased a season ticket.

My understanding that is correct.

To be honest, its the same when purchasing anything. You should always pay by credit card. I bought £800 worth of flooring from floors to go (The day Kev ran into a shop to avoid me) They went bust and didn't deliver my floor, even though soemone bought them out. Quick phone call to the credit card company and money refunded.
